the room was adequate for what i needed.
the room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. i found hair on the bed linens and yellow stains on the pillow. it looked the linens had not been changed from the previous guest.

The location was convenient, close to both the station and supermarkets. The shower room was also good, with everything functioning well. I was grateful for these aspects.
The kettle was available in the room. cups or tea and coffee were not provided. There was also considerable noise coming from other rooms, as well as from people using the front door. These things were a bit bothersome.

The bathroom felt updated (it looks recently renovated) and the shower was great. The location near the train station made arrival simple. I also found a good restaurant just over the bridge from the accommodation.

i found the bathroom modern with a rainfall shower head. the air conditioning worked very well during the hot weather. the provided beds suited our needs perfectly. new towels arrived daily which i welcomed due to the high humidity.
this was not clearly communicated and caused initial confusion upon arrival.

the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring many attractions. its proximity to piazza roma is a huge advantage providing easy access to various points of interest. many breakfast and dinner options are available nearby including panini gelato and sweets.

the staff were polite friendly and helpful throughout my stay. communication via whatsapp was straightforward and efficient. i appreciated the option to store luggage before and after check-in for added convenience .
